What PulseData collects
PulseData stores an account identifier associated with Sign in with Apple. It stores the simulated Paper account records you create, including simulated orders, fills, positions, marks, audit records, and journal entries. Profile and progression preferences may also be stored on your device.
How the data is used
We use this information only to authenticate you, provide app functionality, restore your simulated portfolio across devices, secure the service, respond to support requests, and maintain service reliability.
What PulseData does not do
PulseData does not sell personal data, serve advertisements, track you across other companies' apps or websites, access brokerage accounts, hold funds, or transmit real orders. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, photos, health, or location access.
Service providers
Apple provides Sign in with Apple. Google Cloud hosts PulseData services and durable account data. These providers process data to deliver their services under their own security and privacy obligations.
Retention and deletion
Shared market publications are retained for a bounded operational period. Your simulated Paper account and journal data remain available while your account is active. You can initiate account deletion in the app. Deletion removes your PulseData account and associated user data, except limited records retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Security
PulseData uses encrypted HTTPS transport, server-side authentication, private storage, and isolated user account namespaces. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
PulseData is not directed to children under 13.
